During the time Fresh Aire have been together we’ve played as a four piece, three piece and a duo. Mostly with our regular caller Ali but also with guest callers. We’ve played for beginners and folk dance clubs where the floor is full in seconds. We’ve played for events when the most difficult step to do is the one onto the dance floor. When we get comments they’re usually in the form of an email and we’re happy to say that they are usually positive.

Such a pleasure to have the brilliant Fresh Aire play at our wedding this weekend at Halsway Manor! They were so thoughtful and accommodating wanting to know what we wanted and going out of their way to make the ceilidh accessible and fun for both seasoned dancers and absolute novices! The music was really well balanced and not too loud! They are all fantastic musicians and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just a quick note to say again how much we, and it would seem all of the party goers, enjoyed the party on Saturday. We all wanted to do it again the next morning and hopefully we can in the not too distant future! My sixtieth isn't for another six and a half years (thought I'd get that in) so we won't wait until then.
It was one of our best evenings we've all decided and while having a mix of ages is always an aim we definitely enjoyed having a lively group of " under thirties" who injected loads of energy into those of us who might need it these days! We loved it.

We were a little bit concerned as to how many would turn out as the weather was so bad, but it didn't seem to deter people, which was good.

I cannot praise the music of Fresh Aire more highly last night at Willand Folk Dance Club. It was truly amazing and left Joe and I with a feeling that we had experienced the Dance of the Year (if not a life time). Simply WOW! and thank you all for your amazing musicianship. What an atmosphere!!!
Eileen Nightingale was also in fabulous form with varied and engaging dances (including a few unusual ones) which kept us dancing into the night enjoying a superb event.
My test for how good a dance evening is, is by how few times I look at the clock!! But I didn’t look once last night.
